New boiler installation, at a fixed local price

Combi, system and conventional boilers supplied and fitted across Blackpool and the Fylde by one Gas Safe engineer — not a national quote engine. One price, quoted up front, everything included.

  • Gas Safe registered
  • Up to 10-year warranty
  • Flexible finance available

Fixed local price, not a faceless national quote

The big online brands — BOXT, Heatable, iHeat and the rest — are effectively booking platforms. You fill in a form, get a price from an algorithm, and on the day a subcontractor you've never spoken to turns up to fit it. It can work, but you never really know who's coming, who to call if something's wrong, or whether the boiler was chosen for your home or for the platform's margins.

Here it's simple. The same Gas Safe engineer looks at your job, gives you one fixed, all-in price, fits the boiler personally, and is the one you ring afterwards. That's the whole difference: a local name and a real relationship instead of a call centre and a lottery.

Which boiler is right?

Combi, system or conventional — explained simply

You don't need to know the jargon. Here's the plain-English version, and we'll confirm the right choice for your home before you commit.

Combi boiler

Heating and hot water from one compact unit, with no tanks or cylinders. Hot water on demand, straight from the mains. Ideal for most one- and two-bathroom homes and flats where space is tight.

System boiler

Works with a hot-water cylinder, so several taps and showers can run at once without pressure dropping. The usual choice for larger homes and busier households with two or more bathrooms.

Conventional (heat-only)

Uses a cylinder and a cold-water tank in the loft — common in older properties. We can replace like-for-like, or convert you to a modern combi or system boiler where it makes sense.

New boiler FAQs

Common questions before you commit

How much does a new boiler cost?

Most combi replacements run from around £1,800 to £3,500 fitted, depending on the boiler, your home and any pipework or conversion work. System boiler and cylinder installs are typically higher. You'll always get one fixed, all-in price before any work starts.

Can you quote without visiting?

For most straightforward swaps, yes — a clear photo of your current boiler and its pipework, plus your postcode, is usually enough. For conversions or more complex jobs we'll arrange a quick, no-obligation survey.

How long does installation take?

A like-for-like combi swap is usually a single day. Converting boiler type or relocating the boiler can take one to two days. We'll tell you exactly what to expect with your quote.

What warranty do I get?

Up to 10 years' manufacturer warranty depending on the boiler you choose, plus our workmanship guarantee. We register the warranty for you; keeping up an annual service maintains it.

Do you offer finance?

Yes, as an option. We offer flexible finance through Klarna, taken securely via Stripe, so you can spread the cost if you'd prefer. Klarna sets your available terms at checkout after a quick credit check, which is why we don't quote a fixed monthly figure. Many customers simply pay on completion — message us on WhatsApp and we'll explain both routes with no obligation.
